Subscription & Billing
What is The Luminous Archive?
The Luminous Archive is a monthly collectible print subscription featuring exclusive fine art prints, archive cards, stickers, and curated inters designed to feel like pieces of an evolving artistic archive.
When will I be billed?
Subscribers are billed at checkout, then automatically on the same date each month unless canceled or paused.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal.
Shipping & Delivery
When do subscriptions ship?
Subscriptions ship during the final 1-2 weeks of each month.
When should I subscribe to receive the next edition?
Sign up by the 15th of the month to receive the following month's Archive edition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
The Luminous Archive shipments are sent as stamped mail and do not include tracking. However, you will receive an email the day that they are shipped.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment. International delivery times may vary.
Orders & Policies
Are all sales final?
Due to the limited and collectible nature of the artwork, all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes must be submitted before your order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your information.
Will colors look exactly the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and print production, but every effort is made to accurately represent the artwork.
Artwork & Collecting
Are the prints archival quality?
Yes - prints are produced on premium archival paper selected for longevity, detail, and museum-quality presentation.
Will artwork from The Luminous Archive be available later?
Some pieces may eventually become available as larger open-edition prints. If you want a previous monthly edition, they are available once the original shipment has been sent out, after the 15th of each month.
Are the artworks original creations?
Yes - all artwork is created by Nessa Art Studio and designed as part of an evolving collectible archive.
What makes The Luminous Archive Different?
